The strong persist through discouragement. They pursue even when their heart worries. Personal faith is absolutely essential for the leader and failure in not final! Whether we get up again will render the failure or not.
Visionary leaders require high-level encouragement; learn to encourage yourself. Develop relationships with encouraging people. Remove discouraging influences from your life.
God moves through people of courage.
